Hi, I'm Elmarie
Together with my husband and 6-year-old son, we call the incredible pine forests and mountains of Haenertsburg, Limpopo our home. The three of us share our home with six dogs (plus two cats and one chicken, for balance of course.)
I am a firm believer in love at first sight, it happened to me over 17 years ago! I always stop to smell the roses and am hopelessly trying to drink less coffee. I'm a sucker for Friends (It is always in the background while I edit - always).
I started this business over a decade ago, and since then have had the honor of photographing hundreds of weddings, families, and special moments along the way. Being a photographer allows me to be present for some of the most magical and memorable moments in a person’s life, and I cannot help but feel excited and happy about it! I see each photo shoot as a new and exciting project and, I love getting to know my clients, and their dreams, ideas, and fears. I pride myself on building long-lasting relationships with my clients and am proud to say many have chosen me to capture more than one of their special life events.
I'm a bit camera-shy (as you most likely are too) - so I get how much courage it takes to be in front of the lens. But I can promise you, it will be worth it. I genuinely believe that the magic of photos increases its value as the years pass by. Photos have a unique ability to take us back in time and relive our most treasured memories in beautiful detail.
